Zone 1

Release agent for the formatting zone

Before the jointing cutters, the release agent is sprayed onto the top and bottom surfaces of the panel in the edge area. It prevents the hot-melt adhesive from adhering unintentionally to the panel surfaces. We offer the following products for this section of the machine:

Zone 2

Coolant for the glue and pressure zone

Immediately after the pressure rollers, a coolant ensures that the still-hot adhesive joint cools down as quickly as possible. This allows the radius to be cleanly milled in the next step. You can use the following products from our range here:

Zone 3

Release and lubricants for the finishing zone

To ensure that cutters and scrapers work optimally in the post-processing zone, many machines have an additional spray point before post-processing. You can fill the spray bottles with the following products:

Cleaner for the finishing zone

The finished edged panel should leave the machine clean and free of residues. Therefore, a cleaner is sprayed on before the polishing discs. We supply the following products for this purpose:

A final tip

If your machine has fewer spray units but you still want to protect the pressure rollers and sensors from becoming contaminated with adhesive residues, we recommend the Acmos 100-2450 release spray. With the handy spray can, you can reach even hard-to-access areas inside the machine.
